Good News Centre (GNC) is a Non-Government Organization involved in social and community development programs in India.  GNC began in the year 1996 in a very small and insignificant way.  But with the untiring hard work of Daniel Kumar and by the grace of God, this small effort has now turned into a significant organization within a period of 14 years.  Now GNC runs three primary schools, one tuition centre (for the slow learners) and several Kids Clubs for the slum children of various slums in Delhi and it is now reaching out to nearly 1400 children.  It also runs a Children’s Home in Delhi with 21 children, another two at Orissa with 11 children and 5 children respectively.  GNC is registered as a Trust, Delhi, India.  All contributions to GNC are tax-exempted.  GNC holds a license from the government of Delhi for running the Children’s Home.  GNC has a building of its own where the Children’s Home is housed.

The vision of GNC is to create a just, equal and peaceful society where everybody shares and cares for the poor, unprivileged and exploited people and make the world a better place to live in.

Mission

The mission of GNC is to transform the lives of poor and unprivileged people, especially the orphan and destitute children by reaching out to them with the love and care.
